Shipping & Returns


Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest, safest and most economical way possible. All products are shipped in sturdy containers using standard ground delivery service. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. The exact shipping amount for your entire order is calculated and displayed at Checkout. Transit time to most destinations is five to seven business days. Options for expedited shipping are offered at Checkout.

At Posters 2 Prints, our pledge to you is: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We stand behind our workmanship and the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do require that the product be returned in a condition suitable for resale. We will issue a credit for the full price of the product you purchased at the time the product is returned with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Important: shipping and handling costs (including charges for handling "Large Art" and costs covered under a "Free Shipping" promotion) are deducted from any refund and you pay the shipping costs to return your product. Posters 2 Prints reserves the right to establish special product return provisions prior to processing large volume orders.

To return an item:
  • Repackage the artwork using the original packing materials and carton.

  • Write “RMA” and the Packing List number on the outside of the carton.

  • Enclose a copy of your packing list with an explanation for the return.

  • Insure the package, and ship to: Posters2Prints.com, 5136A East 65th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220.

Damaged Merchandise Instructions:
  • Warning: Do not sign for a delivery unless you have opened the shipping carton(s) and inspected the contents for damage as the freight company will not honor a damage claim if the driver obtains a signature from the recipient.

  • If your merchandise arrives damaged, do not discard the artwork or shipping carton and do not return the shipment to Posters 2 Prints as the freight company may require an inspection before processing a damage claim.

  • Email pictures of the damaged artwork and shipping carton to help@posters2prints.com within 48 hours of delivery. Also, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached.

  • A customer support representative will contact you shortly after receiving your damage notice.
