The art depicts a beach setting with a view from behind eight multi-colored chairs. Two large umbrellas stand on the left and right of the center. The ocean can be seen splashing up and hitting the chairs. It seems to be implying that the people forgot to bring their chairs up from the beach before the tide came in. Robin Renee Hix used lots of vibrant colors that would really brighten up the room!
